Terms and Conditions – David Smith Shirt Competition April 2014

  1. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  2. To enter the competition a person to complete one of the entry methods listed on the competition page.
  3. Promotion for this competition commences and finishes in accordance with the timelines listed on the competition page.
  4. The winners will be announced on our Facebook page, website and mailing list.
  5. The winners of this draw is randomly selected by a computer algorithm.
  6. The Promoter of this competition is George Gooley Pty Ltd, 118 Molesworth Street Lismore NSW 2480, ABN 43 000 326 723.
  7. The Prize consists of 3 David Smith shirts to go to 3 different winners.  
  8. The winners will be notified via email or Facebook as a private message, or any reasonable manner. 
  9. Winners not local to the Lismore area will be able to choose a size and colour for their shirt, from the new range of David Smith shirts and have the shirt posted. 
  10. Winners local to the Lismore store are more than welcome to pick their shirt up instore, and choose from our entire range.
  11. Interstate/non-local winners will have their shirts posted. 
  12. For winners receiving their shirts by post, we’ll make all effort to ensure you get the right size (including sending sleeve lengths etc). If you find the size isn’t right, simply post the shirt back with all tags attached (at your cost) and we’ll send the right size (at our cost).
  13. Shirts are not redeemable for cash.
  14. The promoter reserves the right to withhold the prize from someone who is not an Australian Resident or over the age of 18 and to pick a winner in their stead.
  15. The promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry for any reason.
  16. Prizes will only be shipped out to an Australian Address.
  17. The promoters decision on the winner is final.
